Orascom TMT Investments S.à r.l. (OTMTI) was incorporated in Luxembourg on 24 May 2005 OTMTI has been a successful investor focusing on telecoms operations. The Group started shifting its focus from telecoms to diversify its investments into several industries such as media and technology, financial services, real estate, having recently expanded its lines of operations into entertainment and logistics. The Group operates in the developed markets in Europe and invests North America as well as in high growth emerging markets in the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Asia.
